Warranty

All snowboards made by Focus Snowboards have a two year warranty against manufacturer’s defects from the date of purchase. This warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, excessive abuse or misuse by riding things other than snow.

In order to qualify for warranty you must meet the following criteria:

• Product must be within the warranty period.
• Warranties apply only to Focus Snowboards products purchased from directly online or from an authorized Focus Snowboards dealer and are valid for the original buyer only.
• All claims must include a proof of purchase that clearly identifies the online purchase/dealer and purchase date. (If proof of purchase cannot be provided, Focus will use the manufacturing date as the start of the warranty period.)

• Your original proof of purchase
• A description of the defect
• Minimum of 3 clear images of the described defect from different angles.

We will review your case and get back to you via email within 5-7 business days. We may request more information and if possible, to physically view the product to continue our assessment.
